What's up with Twisted Fate?

Gentlemen, and applicable ladies, I believe it's high time Twisted Fate was noticed by Riot.

As you can clearly see in this image and every single one of his skins/splashes: TWISTED FATE IS A TAN MAN!

Why must Rito troll us with an honestly sun-fried Twisted Fate in game? Can there please be a fix to this? I know it's minor and no one really gives a damn pickle, but how about some professional consistency? (Let's forget for a moment that his abilities preview is also a bit weird). It's these small details that get my OCD going... Someone help.
