Just a little change I wish to see with my beloved Urgot

I know you guys at riot have said a little bit about Urgot and the changes you are going to do to him. I admit I was overjoyed to see him get any little attention. Now onto the reasons why I'm making this thread. The thing that gets me about Urgot isn't his not "viable" kit, its about his ult. You guys gave an ADC/bruiser an ultimate to put him at the front lines. This bothers me, but what bothers me above that is the fact that you can flash out've it. Its like adding insult to injury. I know you guys are busy with other champions, but can you please at least give this a response so I know where you stand?
