Yasuo; and why he needs some work

Can we all agree Yasuo wins games? As a player in Silver 3 I can say it is ridiculous what a Yasuo can do at my elo. Even in competitive play EU Challenger Series 7/24/14 VOD time 7:20:00 he is one of the few champions you can build a team comp around and have him single handedly carry a game. He has almost always been above the average win rate since his release, Solo q link here, Competitive play win rate and patch notes. This is even bigger than a Summoner's Rift problem. His kit works way too well with the Twisted Treeline items item 3104 item 3122 because of his passive. I'm no champion expert but seriously he is unbalanced at what seems to be all levels of play. Please help rito.

Well you could argue any carry you build your team around is OP, as he will carry (assuming people do what they're supposed to.) I'm also Silver III and I don't see a problem with that teamcomp part. Yes, he is slightly strong. No, he is not OP. On TT, unless your doing ranked 3s, you shouldn't care too much either.

The only part of yasuo that i feel is remotely imbalanced is his crit passive. it means he deals far more damage than other fighters at 2 items, and makes crit the only viable build path on him.

I feel that his passive should not scale with crit, but his r should deal increased damage based upon % crit.( thus rewarding 5 man ults more, and making him less snowbally
