Champion price reduction for Braum??

So I am confused about champion price reductions. I was under the understanding that every time a champion is released, the oldest remaining 6,300 IP champion would be reduced to 4,800 (that would be Fizz for Braum's realease). What is missing, to me, is the caveat that for every THIRD champion released, an additional lower tier champion is supposed to be released. The last one was with Jinx (Miss Fortune reduced 4,800 to 3,150). Since then, we had Yasuo and Vel'Koz and now Braum...So am I missing who got released or something?
