Hmm. I inclined to agree. That being said, I've played Taric in the jungle lately, truly outrageous, I know. It's been going very well. Against a heavy physical damage team, Taric jungle is amazing. You can build more tank items and acquire more gold in the jungle. Your ganks really consist of your Dazzle into Shatter, with good followup from your laner, its an easy kill every time. His passive is great for cutting your already low cooldowns. His clear is bit slow at first, but the more armor you build, the more damage Shatter will deal. Try it sometime.
