Champion Idea: Sakura,the Rose of Blades

I've been wanting one of my own champions in,and I hope this one is good,since we need a friend for Yasuo! I don't want my fav champ alone ;3 Anyways enjoy! And Riot,PLEASE GIMME A RESPONSE! D: Okay this is from my champion concept forums,hope you enjoy!

Welcome to my champion concept for a champion called Sakura,the Rose of Blades. Lets start out with her lore.

Lore:

"She was always there for me, never trailing too far behind. Now, I don't know."

Sakura was a friend of Yasuo,training and always being equal with him. Although they learned different techniques,Sakura being Roses and Yasuo being wind,they set their differences aside. Sometimes,they would train by fighting each other,practicing their techniques they have learned and becoming stronger. When they were both grown up,Sakura and Yasuo have already mastered their techniques. However,the Noxian Invasion begun,and Sakura went to the front lines to help. When she came back,she found posters of Yasuo's face saying: "Wanted,Dead or Alive, Murder of Ionian Elder, Reward: 5,000 Gold". Confusion ran over her,and she started looking for Yasuo. Hearing Yasuo joined the League of Legends,she also joined,hoping to fight together once more with her old friend and find out the truth.

Okay so now that we're done with lores,lets go to her stats!

Health: 430 (+80 per level) Attack Damage: 49 (4.2 per level) Attack Speed: 0.658 (+3.2% per level) Movement Speed: 350 Health Regen: 0.4 (+0.10 per level) Armor: 20 (plus 2.4 per level) Magic Resistance: 31 Recourse: N/A

Role:

Primary: Assassin Secondary: Fighter

Stats done,now abilities!

Passive:

  1. Ring of Petals: If Sakura's health goes under 50%,she will create a ring of petals around her for 10 seconds,giving her 10% bonus lifesteal,and 10% spellvamp.This cannot be activated again for 60 seconds. Range: 700 Cooldown: 60 seconds

  2. Poison Sting: If Sakura's ability hits an enemy champion with an ability 2 times,she will apply a poison effect on them for 5 seconds,dealing 10 magic damage (plus 5% of AP) each second.

Q: Thorned Swing: Sakura swings her sword in a cone in front of her,dealing 20/40/60/80/100(plus 100% of AD)to all enemies hit. This follows the cursor. If Sakura hits 3 enemies at one time,her next cast will deal 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% bonus damage.

This ability will apply on-hit effects.

Cooldown: 6.5/5.5/4.5/3.5/2.5 | Range: 475 (in a cone)

W: Rose Sphere:

Passive: Flying Roses grants 5% bonus movement speed for every dash for 5 seconds,however cannot generate petals while walking for the duration.

Active: Sakura creates a sphere of roses at her location and stays there for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds,negating all projectile damage from outside of the sphere. However,enemies can also enter and walk through the sphere. The sphere stays at the same place,and anyone can walk in and out of it. Enemies that walk through the sphere take 20/40/60/80/100 magic damage(plus 5% of AP).

Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 | Radius: 375/385/395/405/415

E: Flying Roses:

Sakura dashes a short distance ahead,dealing 35/45/55/65/75 magic damage (plus 55% of AP) to each enemy hit.

Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 | Range: 475

R: Petal Dance: Sakura targets the nearest enemy champion,blinks to them,and starts attacking them rapidly,supressing them for 3 seconds,dealing 250/350/450 physical damage (plus 25% of AD). The enemy is also slowed by 25%/50%/75% for 3 seconds after finishing the attack. Cooldown: 85/65/45 seconds | Range: 500

Okay abilities are done! Now just to tell you one thing: I am NOT a good artist,so it may take some time for me to draw pictures of Sakura and her sword,things like that. Anyways just to let you know her skins and particle effects:

Classic: Pink dynasty clothes,wields a sword in a sheath like Yasuo,pink particles for attacks. Basic attack animations are swinging sword side to side,abilities throw out pink petals,and after using the basic attack or Thorned Swing,holds the sword in a blocking position and after 1.5 seconds puts the sword back in sheath and pink roses flying out. Also,the trailing petals are pink. Duh!

Blue Rose Sakura: Ahri's dynasty clothes,wields a katana in a sheath like Yasuo,blue particles for attacks,basic attack animations are swinging katana side to side,abilities throw out blue petals,after using basic attack or Rose Thorned Swing, holds sword in a blocking position and after 1.5 seconds puts katana back in sheath with BLUE petals flying out. Also,the trailing petals are blue! YAY!

Hmmm, you combined Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho and Ivy from Soul Calibur, I LIKE IT!

Oh WOW!! This sounds like a great tank! I want to see a champ like this on the Fields of Justice, great idea... Now to get Riot's attention... :3

I don't know much about what you did, but the quote by yasuo is very nice. Sakura the name is iffy with me. Mostly since it doesn't actually mean rose.

Anyway, Trailing petals is very interesting, but will it be seen when she walks in a bush? does she get the bonus when she's standing still? (I'm thinking of it kinda like singed)

Her q is a bit OP, but that's not the issue, the problem is that it's actually too much like Yasuos. Name two champions related in lore with very similar abilities.

Her e, See above

Her r. Actually is pretty good.

I like how her theme is also with the wind, but more of like a hurricane. She pushes people away (a little like Janna), while Yasuo has the wind push him ahead. Your main problem is the unoriginality for her other 3 abilities. Can you imagine this lane? It's too similar to Yasuo.

An idea is this. While Yasuo does a shit ton of critical damage, she deals bonus true damage. Her passive works like this. Upon casting a spell, petals fall in her vicinity for 3 seconds (I'd say the range is like that of Akali's shroud) When standing in this area, her auto attacks deal bonus true damage (15% of her bonus AD) This is a very interesting champion idea theme wise and I am very interested.

It looks like you just changed the names and effects of all of Yasuo's moves. It doesn't even really seem like you did anything remarkable. You just changed some text.

So you basically just took Yasuo's kit and changed its names and added petals. Its not like having similar moves is new to League, but you literally took his entire kit. Why is she exactly like Yasuo? she uses roses not wind, there is so much play here. Like using thorns, roots, flower petals, scents...
Q- her sword grows thorns all over it and extends like a whip, she whips it down dealing X damage and causes them to bleed for Y amount of time for Z amount of damage.
W- she sticks her sword into the ground and a thorn bush comes out around her damaging and rooting all enemies around her.
E- she dashes to a spot leaving a trail of petals behind her if she dashes through the petals again her dash will have no cooldown and do extra damage.
R- she throws a rose at target location, it releases its scent charming all enemies towards it then it eplodes into a flurry razor sharp petals and thorns.

Stuff like that

Hmm I've read everything about this C. idea but shes unbalanced, very unbalanced, her ult provides a powerful attack without even doing a thing, like Warwick, but he's damage is lower, she doesn't seem to have any ratios because she doesn't need them the damage you've put is damn high, but i like this idea for a champion, its unique which makes it a better fit for the rift its self, hope you change some stuff because its really overpowered in some terms, doesn't matter tho its a nice C. idea i like it (a YES vote from me, and by the way how do you make the voting machine thingy? Please explain it in a few words, because i'm not that skillful here, with league's page, too messy, thank you :p)

EDIT:1 Well, she has to have a lower ability power ratio on her E ability, and something like to add with the ult, its way too overpowered, just dash and CA-BOOM, and there goes your hit points, from 1000 to 400, really nerf it!

imo roses are suppose to be delicate flowers that have a nasty bite if not handled properly first the e is to much like yasuos dash try changing it to a trail of petals instead add a bit more skill to her like maybe skill shot q? and the trail of petals (previously mentioned) being consumed after an enemy walking through it and if a enemy walks through the trail grant temp vision (maybe?) because whenever you walk on a flower or plant u always get some stuck on the bottom of your shoe XD but to me the health seems a little high for an assassian champ and instead of making her a fighter/bruiser make her semi magey or supportish? like allies who stand in trail of petals will gain (a low amount) of bonus health regen until trail disappears i think the slow on the ultimate should be done away and instead add a bleed? would make more sense seeing how if u prick your finger on a thorn you will bleed the champion itself has potential it just needs a little more tweaking but i cant wait to see if riot can take your idea and the comments by all tweak the champion a bit and make it into a cool assassian / mage or support champ in the future :D
