Vladimir buff, hear me out

Ok so I've done a bit of research as to any possible buffs to Vladimir in his numbers or stats and have found that people are extremely against that because a very skilled Vladimir can win lane (but you could say that about any champion I suppose). However what I propose as an avid Vladimir player is that there are two buffs that would make him more viable without making him broken as all hell.

  1. Allow his e stacks to progressively decrease, similar to Jinx's q stacks. Why I ask this is because it would make his e a little easier to manage and maintain because I hate having just missed 4 and being dropped down to nothing, it would be easier to have it drop down to 3 or hell even lose have his stacks (dropping to 2) in order to make it easier for Vlad to maintain his e stacks. I say this because it doesn't really make sense that jinx is the only champion i can think off the top of my head that loses her stacks progressively while similarly to Jax's passive he loses them all at once.
  2. Give Vlad's W a constant movement speed buff as it once did, but decrease the movement speed buff. I often feel like Vladimir doesn't really have any sort of escape in fights besides his w and even that only lasts 2 seconds before Vladimir gets smashed, and I can understand the counter-argument that "He goes untargetable so it's ok". But I will say that fizz can do the same thing but his only penalty is that he loses mana, however Fizz's is a much faster gap closer, can jump over walls, and has a much shorter cd than vlad's. To top it off Vladimir loses a considerable amount of hp whenever he uses his w and it is on a very long cd so it would not be as if he can spam it to get away, much like fizz or nidalee can spam their escapes/gap closers.

TLDR: 1. Allow Vlad to have his e progressively decrease in stacks rather than all at once 2. Give Vlad's w a constant movement speed buff for the duration, but decrease the movement speed amount (IF YOU MUST).

Tell you what if they also make the change so once vlad leaves his pool he gets hit with a tower shot equal to all the damage he would have taken had he not been in it after E, and Qing, pooling then igniting n ghosting away then he can have one of these changes.

I most definitely agree with giving vladdy these buffs. They're not too overpowered and make him more capable of holding his lane. I for one would love these changes to such a great champion.

I don't think having him loose stacks of W gradually is a good Idea... I mean, they are basically free with a hextech revolver .. plus each stack gives you increased healing .__. and you CAN cast it without targets around (it wouldn't be free like this though, with good reason...) so... the benefit is much much greater, you could stay in 3 stacks forever with this change ._. not like Vlad is OP or anything but this change could bring him over there easily.

Agreed, either make his stacks decrease gradually or extend the time before they decay. It feels like you almost have to be constantly hitting a target with his tides of blood as soon as it comes off cooldown or else you will lose the stacks. A stacking skill should force the player to hit all the stacks back to back immediately off cooldown in order to have those stacks. The time could be extended a bit. Especially since each cast cost health so you are just forced into a loop of E then Q non-stop almost as if the game is forcing you to play like this to make use of his E stacks.
