Note: This is not my skin idea. I simply found this video in the thread below and decided to make a thread for it.

Considering how well received this idea was in a seperate thread( http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-skins/BQrOLALh-post-of-the-day-vi-got-a-male-skin-what-the-heck-riot#oembed-content-modal ), I think Riot can make many Skarner Players quite happy with Sombrero Skarner.

Only if the theme plays when he dances. Globally. Or when he charges out of the bushes.

As the original originator of Sombrero Skarner as an example in my thread (A thread apparently so popular that it has been elected thread of the day three days running and is staging a military coup for a fourth term) I fully endorse this as a wonderful idea.

Additionally I would say that in light of the clear discrimination against the Latin American people (After all, there are American, European (World Cup skins, British accents), African (Score one diversity points: Lucian), Asian (obviously) and even Canadian skins) Riot should release a series of Carnivale themed skins including Sombrero Skarner.

I would suggest Warlord Mordekaiser featuring a battle maracas and global laugh, speedy Gonzales Teemo, Piñata Sejuani and the previously community suggested dio de Los muertes Orianna skin.

Only if you could wear this skin on top of his other skins (as in, this would be more of an add-on than an independent skin; can you imagine battlecast skarner running into lane and then breaking out into song?)

Oh si, si!

I think Skarner definitely deserves a new skin, so why not make it a silly one to counterbalance all the serious ones we've gotten lately? Plus, he could even have some special quotes, like saying "Tu eres muerto." while attacking.

Also, the music. That's a must.
