Why did riot charge me for braum?

hey guys, I bought braum with my ip and i want it the skin, so i went for the bundle, usually if u have the champion it would reduce the bundle. however the bundle was the same and I bought it again. So, apparently i paid ip and both rp for braum, or was it that he has two skins? Is there anyway or who I should talk to about this problem?

You can probably send a support ticket to Riot if you need the help. Not sure how else I could help.

And I'm not sure if champion release bundles follow the same rules as other bundles.
