Fiora Jungle?

Hello, I main jungle and I love it but something I saw the other day confused me. I was playing soloque when I noticed the enemy team had a Fiora with smite. I had a good start I had to camp mid because of a shitty Veigar, when I thought I snowballed him enough Fiora came out and beat him easily. I ignored this and assumed she was just lucky, I was now camping bot hard because our Blitzcrank went AFK and our Jinx was the worst I've ever seen. I joked with the Jinx about how I was carrying her and she got pissed. Then as I was taking blue Fizz attacked me when I was oom and I died I was 1/5/7 at this point so I didn't care but our Jinx also died to the Fiora. Then both our lanes started to feed her. Our top was doing good he was a Wukong with alot of experience we eventually lost and the Jinx blamed me for feeding them I finished 10/11/14 she finished 8/16/2 and their Fiora completely wrecked me by the end. I was wondering if a Fiora jungle is actually viable or is it cheesecake tier.
