Viktor Buff

As of right now, Mid lane is dominated by small group of Champs that are pretty much OP no matter how you look at it. But there are so many Mids too pick from why aren't champs like Viktor more viable in the current meta? Viktor is a fun and challenging champ too play, and as of right now he's too weak to be viable in the current Mid lane meta, with champs like Yasuo and Zed who can just out trade, and close gaps so quickly against Viktor. His Q has too short of a range, is W is too close for him to land it near an enemy, and his laser mana costs are too high for him to poke with. Viktor is a great champ, and has tons of teamfight capability, but his early to mid game are just too horrible to make him viable.
