Mad Science is Becoming a Lonely Art

So I had a whole thing written out about my love of mad science and its menial representation in league, but I just scrapped it because it ended up a bit too rant-ish and really didnt help anything.

tl;dr its been 2.5 years since Mad Scientist Singed and I'm wondering if theres a continuation to that skin line in the works, of if a rioter could bring it up in a meeting in the near future. I understand that there are bigger lines in need of new members coughcrimsonelitecough but league really has a lack of more people in lab coats flinging monstrosites and vile concoctions across the battlefield. Especially because there are no labcoat-wearing champions (Mundo doesnt count until he gets a VU, especially because he feels more like a loveable idiot strongman than a insane intellectual).
