Ok, so I was just in a game against an enemy leona and I was Leona. I noticed at level 3 when we had identical items, she had 200 more HP than me. When I looked the player up, there were ZERO health runes and no mastery is going to give someone 200 more HP. I am stunned. I checked multiple times in the game to see if she still had 200 more health than I did while we had the same items. She still did.
Anyone have any thoughts? She was a Plat 5 and I am a meager silver 3.
All I have to say is that tankier champions have much faster scaling health. Leona is one of the tankiest champions in the game by design. She needs that extra health to survive harassment for being melee, and still have enough defense to engage.
It must have been something in her runes or masteries if your items were completely identical. I'm not sure of the amount of health the masteries for health give, but it has to be that. I can't think of any other reason they would be different. And you're sure there were no health runes?
