Viktor Update

Hopefully someone from Riot will at least skim over this and maybe even ponder it for a minute. Viktor. Remember him? This guy Yeah I know you know what I'm talking about. Viktor doesn't get played because he has not been brought up to date with the rest of the currently in meta or almost in meta champs. But he is so close. His q is fine I feel. His w is alright. His e does exactly what it's supposed to. His movespeed could go up a little but it is still in line with a lot of poke mages (Karthus, Anivia, etc.). So why am I here complaining? His hex core. And his ult. Viktor has tremendous turnaround potential for his lane at lvl. 6, thanks to the power of the hex core. However, now that Rengar's champion specific item has been made a trinket, why not make Vik's a trinket too? It doesn't provide overwhelming stats, and the stats could be reduced on it if his other abilities were buffed. However, the does not need to be changed if Viktor's ultimate gets a boost. I mean c'mon. Getting hit by a Vik ultimate feels like walking over a lvl. 6 shroom when no one is around. It's like eh okay whatever. And then its damage per second is so low! For a slow moving cloud of energy it does less than e. I just feel that Viktor has been left in the dust, but is SO close to becoming a viable champion again. Thanks for the maybe consideration!
