The Fabulous "C"

Alright so first time writer, long time reader, so apologies if this is not a good post or if it is in the wrong section...

Anyway, I wanted to bring this up because it always irked me that Riot mentions a champ (at least potentially) along time ago and I have done my research and he is not ever mentioned again or is not in the game. This character is a thief, and arch-rival, to . If you look at her lore a man who signs his crime scenes with a C is mentioned to be the only quarry that escaped out from under her grasp.

Now, normally I would not care if C wasn't made, but I found a pattern that many may find interesting is that the Piltover police force, , , and technically all have a antithesis. 's is . 's is . And 's is this C. I honestly think that they should put him in or at least make a reference to him in some way...

I think ability to out maneuver a sniper is quite a feat, and I am bad at this, but I was wondering what role (if any...) he would be.
