Splash updates
Many champions could use a Splash update:
Blitzcrank Kog mah Cho gath Anivia (not that any1 plays her) Irelia Sion and Veigar
Please comment opinions and add anyone i missed.

Shyvana is in dire need of new splash art. Cassiopeia needs an all-around visual update.
Jinx needs a splash that doesn't look like a Jokered up Harley Quinn with a bad neck injury.
