Talon needs 1 change to b in lcs

I'm just curious here. I love talon and he is by far the best ad assassin in the game in terms of the killing someone the fastest. All you need to do riot is change Talon's "E". Keep talon's amplified damage and take away the 1 sec silence. If talon gets an assist or kill his "E" gets a reset. I think this would have talon emerge as another option for mid in the lcs, ogn, etc. Just a thought, I have always wondered why he has never gotten this. Talon can only kill 1 person then has to wait for his e to come off cd. his q is a short cd to give him something like kha.

But actually, if you want to talk about assassins without resets, Diana Ahri Fizz Leblanc Syndra But honestly if you want to play a champ with resets, there are plenty to do that already.

This is the worst idea ever. Assassins are supposed to delete 1 person. AGAIN 1. not whole teams. The reason you do not see talon is cause AD assassins leave huge holes in a team comp.

Lets just let a champ with amp damage run around freely in a team fight. And break the whole game. Yeah he would be 100% pick ban in LCS and normal games. THAT STAT ISN'T SOMETHING YOU SHOULD REACH FOR!

Katarina Has resets since she has no damage amp, no invisibility, and no CC at all. At top levels you have to be prefect in position and have a bit of luck. This is why she has resets.

He's not supposed to be Kha. Actually, that's kind of part of the problem. What is Talon supposed to be, anyhow? Right now, he's just the assassin with a lot of AOE damage and low counterplay, and that's kind of an unhealthy place to be in. His ult is cool and distinctive, but the rest of his kit could use some actual identity.
