Morg's Q be nerfed down a bit?

Could you nerf Morgana's Q time down making it hit a champion and be snared for three secs plus its long reach is a bit too long which can be deadly when caught by it so can it be nerf?

That's the point. It is a brutal skill if it catches you out. But it can be body blocked by minions and has one of the slowest travel speeds of any projectile.

True but its cd is really short and its snare is very long even if there was minions blocking the q

Yes, but unless she is like point blank in your face... you can dodge it just by walking. You can't do that with most skills unless they are poorly executed.
