Morg's Q be nerfed down a bit?
Could you nerf Morgana's Q time down making it hit a champion and be snared for three secs plus its long reach is a bit too long which can be deadly when caught by it so can it be nerf?

That's the point. It is a brutal skill if it catches you out. But it can be body blocked by minions and has one of the slowest travel speeds of any projectile.
