Stuck in ranked Trio Que for people below platinum

Hey everyone im super sayan and i want to make trio q for ranked happen it is impossible to carry half the time bc u have 3-4 laners bad everygame i believe if we upvote this enough we can make this happen but to improve this for riot i think it should only go up to a certain elo for example only to climb out of silver or bronze or somthing like that like this and agree lets make this happen because everyone hates elo hell
