What would happen if i got my Riot Points and Influence points down to 0 to get Dragon Blade Riven

I am about to get my Riot Points and Influence points down to 0 and I know a good way to get it done by playing match made games. I have read a forum about the manliest man challenge and I thought it was interesting. But would Riot be willing to do it again? But for a different type of reward. I've been playing this game for a while and I missed that event when Dragon Blade Riven was out. That is one of the only skins that I ever wanted and during the time it was out I had a broken computer. I'd be willing to pay the price of an ultimate skin for that because it's just so bad ass. So when I do get my Influence points and Riot Points down to 0, I will edit this post and be ready to request that they re-open the skin so i could buy it, or fight them in a match for the right to own it (if they would allow it).
