With all the attention Skarner has received recently. I was wondering if a Robo scorpion might be on the horizon.

I'm thinking they are planning to save that skin release for when they nerf him. That's the pattern I've noticed anyhow. "Lets nerf this guy, but give them this awesome skin so they still want to play the champion"

IronStylus mentioned for several times that Skarner has TWO skins in development. Sorry, I can't really find any source to link but I remember him saying this at least two times.
well he hasn't had a skin release since he himself was released so hopefully they give him a skin ASAP
