<Skin> Noxian Morgana and Demacian Kayle
Hey there,
So I was thinking, what if we can have a Noxian skin for Morgana and a Demacian one for Kayle?
While reading through the champions' stories, I found clear statements that 
is either from or standing for Noxus
Morgana's Champion Lore (scroll down a bit, it's under "Fallen Angel", right to her head portrait)
Whereas 
, similarly, is either from or representing Demacia
Now that it is an established fact, perhaps we can capitalize on this and further enhance their agenda by making the respective, faction-based skins?
It will be like 
's Ionian Master Yi skin. Just adding the faction theme and a little change of outfit should suffice.
