Did this patch change the action quotes for some champions? ie, Karma

I was playing , who I play fairly frequently, and I was mildly surprised when she all the sudden said:

"This dress may have been impractical."

I have never heard her say this before, and have only noticed it this patch (4.12). Are there many champions that got new quotes or does Riot add quotes frequently and I just never have noticed before?

It is one of her movement quotes and seems to happen after all her other ones. It really was kinda distracting late game. Idk if riot might be hinting at something to come with it either, but I am sure i'm just too new to know what is going on.
