Dr Clueless PhD1 votesBlood Moon Kennen is very unlikely. The Blood Moon skins are part of an in-universe event where Shen and Akali put on a traditional play at a festival; those were the costumes. Kennen wasn't involved at all, and we don't really hear about things actually happening in Runeterra anymore.
