Void Fizz's voice is the only thing stopping me from buying the skin
It really sucks and I wish there was a way to change it

You can play without sounds, like me.
Well, the voice and sound changes are the main draw of the skin, unless you really like recolors and purple. Personally, I find the voice changes quite good. They recast Fizz's lines in a more sinister light, and sell the theme much better than any model or particle changes could.
