Guinsoo, How's the Fiora Rework Going?

As a huge fan of Fiora and the Duelist theme overall, I'd thought I post and see if there were any updates to our beloved fencer?

Last I heard, there was a unique ultimate similar to Karma's that would allow her to augment her basic abilities farther, is that still the train of thought you're following, or has that concept been scrapped completely?

Also, is there anything about her giving you a hard time that we, the awesome community, can help you with?

I hope that ultimate thing doesn't happen. Doesn't seem like a skill path that fits Fiora's personality. A mechanic like that would work on a champion like Tryndamere for instance, who could augment his ability with fury, or Renekton. I don't think it suits Fiora playstyle.
