Let's Brainstorm Some NEW Champ Skin Ideas!
FYI, I have no idea how Riot chooses which player/fan suggested idea on a new skin or if it's ever been done before, but who's to say it can't happen? We all know Riot has all sorts of skins, ranging from holiday-themed (Heartseeker 
/ Zombie 
), pop-culture references (Grungy 
/ Frozen 
), to the outright nightmare fuel (Lolli
, anyone?!).
Anywho, here's a few of my ideas to get the creative juices flowing! Feedback is welcomed, either if it does/doesn't fit a champ's essence/lore, if it is or isn't practical to put into the game, or if it'd just look as ugly as OP's mother. ...Wait a minute...

Rock Candy
(Bright colors, likely a bright blue and pink coloring with his inner shell being brighter; tosses peppermints or rock candy disks for his Q.) -
Origami
(Edgy, almost 2 dimensional shape. The splash from Morde's Q would be paper airplanes that fly at nearby enemies and his W would be a bunch of misshapen and crumpled failed creations. Looks like he's made out of grey/dark construction paper.) -
Voodoo Priestess
(Based in part on Diablo III's Witch Doctor, but with Riot's spin on things. Creepy, swampy vibe, definitely one meant for the Harrowing holiday. Cobwebs, poisons, and hexes, oh my!) -
Roadie
(The unfortunate sidekick to the Pentakill band that Riot already has in place. His Q / R tosses out faulty/fritzing speakers that blow with a fiery and electrical explosion. Chugs an energy drink for his W, and wears a Pentakill t-shirt that ((mostly)) covers his beergut of manliness.)
