Skin Ideas Everyone? Post them here!
I've heard a ton of great skin ideas from people, and I wanted to start a place for all of them to be heard. If riot would be so kind as to view this some of these skins could be fantastic. Here's some of my ideas:
Secret Service Lucian (Leave him black this time.)
July 4 Jarvan 4 - carries around an american flag, and when he ults he yells "DEMOCRACY!"
July 4 Jinx - Lots and lots of fireworks.
Clockwork Twitch - Steampunk themed,
Demolition Twitch - Fires grenades like the crossbow in CoD. E procs an explosion, ult is flaming arrows.
Earthrune Taric - Give him a slightly manly skin for once.
Dark Nami - you made a nami syndra skin, might as well do the opposite. :P
These are just some of my ideas, some good, some not. Feel free to post your own, and I'll add some as i think of them. Maybe we'll actually get one! <3 Riot.

it would have a sombrero and the axe would be a guatair and blood would be peppers with the mexican cloth dress that they wear
Beekeeper Ziggs. He throws beehives instead of bombs. And for his slow he could throw honey on the ground.

Yasuo Jack, just a white robe and a black sword.
. Water blast for Q. Wave for E. W and R could be sand related (big sandcastle for ult or something).

Trick or treat teemo - hes shrooms would be pumpkins and his darts would be like candy corn! :D
- his clock would be the TARDIS console and a visual change to his ult where its the regeneration light, pretty much one big Doctor Who reference.
- just think Sagat from Street Fighter
since 
have a medical profession skin why not give one to zed,any ways his blades would be butterfly needles, his Q would be syringes, and his W would be made out of blood
- think of HAN and Chewbacca
- think Anakin Skywalker
really deserves another skin, perhaps something along the lines of Devil Thresh 
(Ultimate skin): she gains a pair of wings for each level of her Ultimate (slightly hovers periodically at 1st rank and constant flight at 3rd rank of her ult). longer slightly flowing hair, more heavenly attire, crystal baton/scepter that radiates light.
Q - She throws 2 halos to bind 2 targets, W - similar, E - has rings of prismatic light converge upon a single point; detonation has a small wave of light effect, R - prismatic dust rapidly spin in a line in front of Lux before she fires; at rank 3 leaves battlefield damage for a few seconds and all enemies that die due to this damage are vaporized into light (similar to how Malzahar dies, but white/golden).

. Definitely a really nice one-piece suit on her, maybe even a full-on neck to ankle wetsuit would be appropriate.
needs an actual Hellsing skin, complete with awesome hat. 
where you put her in a black evening gown (maybe a tux coat with the tails as well) and make her zither more like a piano/keyboard in appearance.
, put her in a tattered prom dress, with masquera running down her face, and her hair wild floating around her?
where instead of a robot he's a stone golem?
where you give his turrets that sleak white and blue-glow look that I-Blitzcrank has. Would make them slightly reminiscent of: 
dressed in a black cloak with a bat instead of a bird. His bat form would be so cool.
Battle city twisted fate - just skin/new lines, referencing the most loved Yu-Gi-Oh
Big day off Amumu- Cameron from FB's day off
Splooge Zac- Make him white
Plague mask Shaco- an old plague doctor with the long-nosed mask
Killer Croc- referencing batman
Scarecrow Fiddlesticks- referencing batman again (I personally think this one would work very well)
Bell Galio- Dark Souls reference (Belltower Gargoyles or Maneater)
Dat Ashe- give her Scantily Clad clothing that makes her butt look big
Chariot Hecarim- Give Hec two heads, referencing Dark Souls 2
Easy Ezreal- Wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants or something (my laziest idea)
Boob Darius and Draven- Something referencing Drake and Josh (pls)
Doge Nasus- obviously referencing the Doge meme (hate me for it, I just had an idea ;~;)
Brah'Zix- Kind of like Brolaf I guess except more purple and bug-like
Her orbs would be green lantern power rings her W: would be the green lantern fist Her E: would be the green lantern riot shield thing then her R: would be a bunch of fists.
