Riot, we need to talk about Rengar.

Rengar is one of my favorite champions in the game. I loved playing him before the rework. You claim to have reworked him because he was toxic to the game, which he was.

While I like some parts of his rework (like skillshot E for instance), other parts feel extremely lackluster. RiotScruffy, the designer of the rework, brought counterplay to Rengar's kit, but Rengar still feels one-dimensional, in that he can only all-in, even when behind. This results in him being extremely useless whenever he doesn't snowball.

I'm not asking that you buff Rengar – I'm asking that you take another look at him, and shift his power budget around again, like making his Q feel like something more than an auto attack reset in exchange for toning down his free resists on W.

Please, anybody on the balance/rework team, can you give Rengar some love? Or if future changes for him are planned, could you let us know please?
