New Champion Idea/Contest: Zaggs Yordle of Vengance
Zaggs is a yordle, he is older brother of Ziggs. A professor at yordle academy was kidnapped by Zaun. Although rescued by his brother Ziggs he never fully recovered from the ordeal. He toiled for years to create the perfect weapons to exact his revenge, he found all the current weapons of the day too merciful, swords, guns, bombs, bullets, they all lacked the sheer terror that he witnessed in a Zaunite prison. Zaggs struggled with the idea of embracing the weapons of his tormentors but began his experimentation with the poisons of Singed. Zaggs decided he could do far better, and as such the hextech acid blaster was born. Zaggs spent years perfecting his technology, years breathing in the toxins that he studied and left him on the brink of death. His brother and heimerdinger would not allow him to pass, and although worried about his state of mind built him a bio suit that would preserve his life. Ziggs and Heimerdinger succeeded but they failed to realize Zaggs mind was gone. All Zaggs could think about was revenge on those who took him, who poisoned his mind and left him with nothing but hatred and revenge. Zaggs took his hextechbody suit, the prototype acid rifle and set off for Zaun to test his weapon. After reducing many soldiers to smoldering green goo Zaggs decided yet again that this was far too merciful as his enemies never suffered as he did. Zaggs built a secret lab in the mountains outside bandle city where he continued to make insane inventions of destruction. Zaggs after testing every kind of acid and poison he could find in every form imaginable he finally found his ultimate weapon. Zaggs modifying the hextech poison rifle, fitted his suit with reinforced armor and decided he would petition to take his place on the Fields of Justice to show the world what suffering a yordle with nothing to lose can inflict.
Passive. Hextech Body armor. Zaggs body armor protects him from environmental factors. When zaggs is struck by an attack that drops him below 40 percent hp, Zaggs armor/mr and damage are raised by 9 plus level until he is healed.
Q: Acid Blast. Zaggs tunes his rifle for long range, firing a skill shot blast that melts all enemies in a line dealing damage and applying a stack of corrosive substances. W. Corrosive Substance. Passive. Zaggs abilities and basic attacks apply stacks of corrosion max 6 stacks. Corrosive Substance stacks reduce armor and magic resist of the target by 5 per stack. Activating the ability causes the substance to ignite burning the enemy for magic damage equal to a base amount plus 2 percent missing hp per stack. Activating this ability removes the armor/mr shred. E. Acid Jets. Zaggs suit is equipped with acid tanks, in a pinch ziggs can rapidly empty these tanks damaging and slowing all enemies around him a large aoe before dashing away. R. Neuroblocker Grenade: Zaggs created a host of terrying weapons, however none were as terrifying as the neruoblocker acid grenade. A weapon that completely immobilizes those directly hit and prevents those who inhale its fumes the ability to fight back. Zaggs fires a 1200 range skillshot grenade from the launcher on his rifle. Those caught in the center of the grenades blast zone are immobilized for two seconds, the acid spreads out into a mist from the center of the skill shot silencing those that breath it in for 2 seconds. Deals medium damage and applies stacks of corrosion to all those who stay in the mist at a rate of 1 stack per second. Mist lasts 4 seconds.
Zaggs will be either an AD or Ap carry. I envision primarily AD with an AP off build kind of like MF. Giving AD and AP scaling, to his Q. Lower mobility, his short dash should be about the same range or shorter than graves. His ult will be slightly larger than Leona, snaring those directly hit and silencing those who enter the cloud after while dealing initial damage and damage over time to those who remain inside the cloud.
