Karthus Bountys

So while I was on a team with a Karthus and also playing against a Karthus when they had bounties on their heads when they were killed the killer wouldn't get any bounty gold. So it would say "Kab00se67 has slain whoever Bounty 0" so Riot you need to fix this asap,
