Skins should do more.

I've always thought skins should do more. The skins are starting to look better on screen but I feel that if you buy a skin it should at least change the color of your spells or something like that.

Both of the Ultimate (3250) skins do, most of the Legendary (1820) and Tier 4 (1350), and some of the Tier 3 (975) skins do change your voice, spell, particle effects. Most of the other skins only change the physical model. Not all skins should change much, as they would all cost a fortune. You just got to do some research about the product and whether you want to buy it or not.

They shouldn't cost that much to start with. and it shouldn't be that hard to change effects with skins. I did my research and I know Riot can do better.

Trust me, skins are becoming better. Primetime Draven has a new model (clothing and accessories), voiceover, and particles, yet the skin is only sold for 975 RP. They'll continue to improve. Just give Rito so credit.
