Skins should do more.
I've always thought skins should do more. The skins are starting to look better on screen but I feel that if you buy a skin it should at least change the color of your spells or something like that.

Both of the Ultimate (3250) skins do, most of the Legendary (1820) and Tier 4 (1350), and some of the Tier 3 (975) skins do change your voice, spell, particle effects. Most of the other skins only change the physical model. Not all skins should change much, as they would all cost a fortune. You just got to do some research about the product and whether you want to buy it or not.
