New Skin or Champ Ideas?

Hey Riot!!! So I was just wondering if there was anyway that I could send in any new skin or champion ideas. Over time, in my opinion, have thought and created some pretty cool looking skins and I think they would look really well in the game. I would really like to show you guys some of my ideas, but if not that's ok, too. Thanks guys!! :D
