Does anyone have a spare NA arcade hecarim to giveaway ?

I wanted to know if anyone had an arcade hecarim to give away on the NA server, I've been trying every giveaways and didn't have the chance to get any skins. If anyone does and could give it to me i would be so grateful! thank you
