Recall Voice overs problems

I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. I bought forecaster Janna and I have not yet heard her recall voice over but I still see the animation. She is not the only one that I am having this issue with I am not hearing any champion recall voice overs. is there a way I can fix this?
