Leblanc's New Nerf, but Ultimately?

As many know, dearest got a recent nerf, changing her "Sigil of Silence" to "Sigil of Malice" still granting the extra magic damage, but unfortunately removing her passive silence. As this might seem like a joy for most, I for one am slightly disappointed, as this seemed almost signature to Leblanc. However, because the patch wasn't released quite yet, I wonder if Leblanc's ultimate is still able to silence. I would only think it's fair with the new nerf, especially since her ultimate is at a much higher cooldown in early game, and Leblanc can be very difficult to play late game, thus making the silence but a small disruption. Does anybody know about the ultimate?
