Velkoz Informations: -He has a deep, and water-filtering voice -In one of his taunts, the jewels on his heads are not removable, but they can flash like an angler fish in a way! -In is walking animation, occasionally, he'll be swimming like a squid

Moveset:

Plasma Fission: He shoot a ball of dark water and it splits horizontally at the end of the range Void Rift: He makes a split of dark water from the ground and after a delay, it burst like a tidal wave **Tectonic Disruption **: He makes a little circle area and after a delay, the dark water shoots out like a geyser Life form Disintegration Ray: He blast like a geyser of dark water Note: All the moves has water sound effects

I think a sea based skin would be cool for him. But I think he would be more of a Octopus and also a couple people needs skins before him he probably wont get a new one till at least next year. Velkoz

This was one of Riot's ideas for Vel'Koz -- Deep Sea Vel'Koz, like Deep Sea Thresh, but it didn't make the cut, it most likely will not be done. Sorry!

I like this, I can imagine how the attacks would translate into water, having a bubble or steam trail instead. I think his passive should be light or dark blue tentacles. As for the skin itself, it needs to be darker in the picture you made, a navy blue and near brown orange should do the trick, and all of his eyes should glow a light blue or teal like the ends of his tendrils/tentacles instead of orange and all the round areas should look more solid or sharp.

Just my opinion, overall it's amazing just needs to be more dark, dangerous, and deep sea. Or he could be a jellyfish
