Skarner Rework
Is there going to be a buff or rework to skarner because he is one of the most unused champs ever , He's basically a second sion.

He got reworked like... 2 patches ago.

Riot have already said many, many times why they changed what they changed, and the majority of the community understands and backs those decisions. Skarner may still be slightly undertuned, and he could probably benefit from some power budget reallocation, but he's more viable right now than he has been since the flash-escapes-ult change in S3, and more importantly once he is in a viable state (which imo he actually was before Flare came and ruined solo queue) he won't just be nerfed on the spot due to toxic play-patterns.
