A Braum skin idea

What about a boggy board Braun skin. I know that all of the beach skins have come out, but why not one more? An ocean blast could be his q, his w could be a water shield. The only thing that could be a problem is his ult. Aside from that I think it could be a great idea! What do you guys think?
