I feel like Ashe's E could use a small buff. Make it reveal invisible units. It wouldn't change that much of gameplay but it would add a little counterplay to evelyn and twitch.

Alternately, if Riot feels that's too powerful, what if it 'tags' enemies spotted by it, and reveals them for a time afterward, even if they move into brush, go invis, etc.?

Sorry to distract from the matter of discussion but I actually believe a similar buff to be appropriate for Quinn. Whereas Ashe at least has the utility to scout long distances, I believe a local brief reveal that reveals stealthed units would be more fitting of Quinn's theme.

They just recently buffed Ashe's E a couple months ago. It used to be TERRIBLE! Long CD, the gold bonus was ineffective, and it was just overall outdated. They definitely brought it back into the game again with the recent changes. The key thing about Ashe is to remember that she is a utility AD Carry, which really isn't "in the meta" right now. This is not to say that she isn't good - I think she can still win lanes and be a great ADC. It's just that most people prefer a straight damage carry, such as the popular Lucian or the new Kog'Maw.

Hopefully utility ADC's (Ex: Ashe, Varus, Sivir) will make a comeback though. :3

How is Sivir a 'utility' ADC? Her damage output is insane, and she's got some of the fastest wave clears of any ADC. Heck, I play her mid lane from time to time, just because her crazy burst damage against those mages/assassins is very strong.

Only thing I can think of is that her ultimate isn't really about straight damage, primarily, but I still use it to pick up kills.

Sivir's ult allows her to give her team a quick engage or a quick escape, thus why I called her a utility ADC. I don't mean that she doesn't deal good damage or have good wave clear. I just mean that she acts as a team "supporter" in team fights.

It is also my personal opinion. You may play her differently or think of her differently. :P
