slow down on skins and get champs up to date

there are just so many skin upgrades and new skins coming out it ridiculous. but only so because there are some champs that are way behind the update curve. Sion desperately needs an update. id also like to see pantheons ult animation reduced by .5 secs. one thing id personally like to see is some clear cut numbers in the champ ablity screens and add in movement speed. there are numerous champs whos staring speed is pitiful and even some who with boots are no closer to moving at basic speeds. factors that can clearly make a decisive battle.

just saying I could care less about some of the hair dews and more about some of the champs mechanics. and seriously hurry up on sion already
