####With regards to noobs:
My advice (in addition to Sir ArmaMalum's advice, which is very good, though I'd also suggest switching from ranked to normals after 2 lost games) is this:
First, work on consistently winning your lane.
After that, work on using your advantage to take objecties and help snowball your teammates, no matter how bad they are (but especially objectives. Objectives OP).
####With regards to afks:
I know it may seem at times like matchmaking is out to get you, but it really is random^ chance. You've got just as much of a chance of getting an afk on your team as anyone else with your ELO.
^let's talk about randomness. See, the thing is, humans are really bad at thinking about randomness. We see patterns everywhere, even when they don't actually exist. For example, I'd like you to pretend you flipped a coin 10 times, then write down the results. Go ahead, I'll wait ;)
And now, I'll bet that your sequence never had more than 3 heads or 3 tails in a row. But when you actually flip a coin, 50% of the time, there's a string of 4 or more heads or 4 tails in a row. We, as humans, just suck at picking out what's random, and what's a pattern.
We also forget that even when the odds of something happening are really low, it does happen some of the time. So while getting 15 games with AFKs is probably really unlikely, it does happen, and just because it happened to you, doesn't mean matchmaking is out to get you; it just means that you got unlucky.
