available champs should get better.........

What about when a champ is available you get to use their skins once (one per champ, ex. recon teemo but you cannot use panda teemo even if available, in other words after using a skin for a champ u cant use another) also ultimate and unavailable skins wouldnt be used. comment thoughts!
