New Champion Pricing

I understand that most or all new champs that are released, start at 7,800 ip. However, when the increase in price drops, almost all new champions are still 6300. Just because a champion is new, doesn't mean they should be 6,300 ip. I guess I am asking why every new champion is 6,300 if some don't deserve to be. Just because they're new doesn't make them better or more expensive

Don't see why they shouldn't be placed at 6,300 IP. That means you could get a brand new champion before a champion who was released around a year ago who is still at 6,300 IP.
