Mordekaiser got weaker since the 4.11 Patch came out!

Before the 4.11 Patch I use to wreck games with Mordekaiser Mordekaiaser himself! I use to win 8 out of 10 of my games and I even named myself iMordekaiser. That changed as soon as the 4.11 Patch came out on July 2014! His "E" (Siphon of Destruction) is his only harassment tool to win in solo lanes early game. The damage of his "E" after the 4.11 Patch went down SO MUCH!

Funny thing is that I didnt see Mordekaiser get nerfed other than Nidalee, Maokai, etc. (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-411-notes).

-> I don't know whether this is a bug or a "Stealth" nerf but this needs to be resolved.

What do yo guys think?

I don't see it on the patch notes, so you are right that it wasn't there: but what changed exactly? You said the damage was lowered..do you actually know that it was lowered, or are you inferring because you feel like you do less damage?

Idk man I don't think he was touched. He really has no reason to be nerfed maybe people just started getting better.
