Her Traditional skin has always struck me as African-American (black).

However, her Classic skin appears to be from India.

Also, her Sakura skin looks out of the Far East (Japanese).

AND, her Sun Goddess dresses her like an Aztec/Central American (Latina).

Maybe Riot doesn't even known...?

I think we all know what OP is asking, if you were to equate Karma to an ethnicity on earth then yes she would be Indian even her name is a reference to pne of the basic tenants of hinduism. In addition she clearly doesn't have the facial features or hair of earth African women but she does have very dusky skin which once again is more indicative of Indian comparison rather than african.
