Let's talk about Taric.

So with the new Karthus VU hitting the PBE and coming live soon, let's talk about one other champion that's in desperate need of a VU.

I'm talking about Taric

Recent champion releases have gave birth to incredible tech that can be implemented into Taric's design such as Lissandra's moving ice crystals, Braum's ultimate etc.

I kinda remember a red (I think it was IronStylus but I'm not sure) talking about Taric's VU quite some time ago but I haven't heard a peep about it since.

Is it still in the paper stages? scrapped? waiting for a new kit/rework? any progress at all?
