auto-attacks and random Q's not registering as last hits, even though it was blatently obvious they scored a last hit.

also, the wind-up for the auto-attack animation is HELLA LONG and lots of times you cancel the auto-attack JUST before it fires during the wind up, which is pretty annoying for anyone who likes to abuse stutter-step on ADC's.
