New champion,skins and reworks!

New champion: I'm just wondering when new champion will be released.All I know is s/he will be for top lane.

Skins: Debonair Vi and Debonair Ezreal on PBE! Debonair Vi looks pretty good but i think she doesn't need new skin.They could make Debonair Zac. I don't like Debonair Ezreal.I think Riot could make better skin. What do you think which champion needs new skin?

Rework: I heard some players saying that Fiora will get gameplay update and Sion will get visual and gameplay update. What do you think about about that reworks? What do you think who needs rework?
