New Elise Skin?

Will Elise ever get a new skin? she got one in season 3 but... that was only for people that reached gold tier or higher. I know that she is a hard champion to make skins for do to her spider form etc. she hasn't had a skin that isn't limited or had some time of achievement to get, since she was released! Please Riot she needs some new clothing, and I would assume everyone would buy the skin since she is at the very top of the jungler choices! but i have to say that victorious Elise is awesome skin and you did a great job, please please! New skin for Elise please.
